Allumni meet of the Statistics Department held on 30/10/2025. Allumni of various batches ranging from 1966-69 to 2017-20 we're present in the meet. One present among them was Honorable V. C. of Dibrugarh university, Prof. Jiten Hazarika. Honorable V. C. of Jagannath Barooah University Prof. Jyoti Prasad Saikia also graced the function. In the said function Mrs Lokeswari Devi handed over an amount of Rs. 50,000.00 to Shyamoli Dutta and Sanhita Sarma, representative of alumni for creating a fund to benefit poor students admitted in Statistics department.
